Registering for the Tournament, step to follow to sign up:
- send the form by fax or e-mail (alternatively using the on-line procedure) together with all enclosures: club stamp, copy of responsible's identity card and signatures on protection of personal information, data treatment and terms and conditions sheets;
-wait an e-mail confirmation of your pre-enrolment file and bank coordinates, then send a deposit of €1.500.00 per club to the shown account, which will be considered binding 30 days prior to tournament start;
- wait e-mail confirmation of the official registration;
- send the balance at least 20 days before the start of the tournament, otherwise the organization will cancel your registration and you will lose your deposit, as stated in "terms and conditions";
- send a list of names and the accommodation rooming list no later than 15 days before the start of the tournament.
Variations to the list may be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the tournament, according to our availability. Only variations received by fax or by the on-line procedure will be accepted.
Information regarding your accommodation will be given only after receipt of the balance, by the way no prior than 7 days before the start of the tournament.
